Returns

- Shipping Costs: Returns are not free. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized patches are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order after returning the original.
